Course Objectives:
  • Students will solve equations by factoring and simplifying.
  • Solve problems by taking the opposite, finding the reciprocal, taking a root, and raising to a fractional power.
  • Solve quadratic equations by factoring or completing the square.
  • Given a relation, identify domain and range and determine if a relation or graph is a function.
  • Students will pass the final exam.
  • Student will be able to graph and compute the x and y intercepts. Define the region of the linear inequality.
  • Student can multiply and divide polynomials involving multiple steps.
