How to Apply
To access services offered by the CalWORKs, please review eligibility criteria on the Instructions form. If you qualify, fill out and submit all 5 forms listed in the CalWORKs form folder. Please note that ALL forms must be submitted in order for a program specialist to review. No incomplete packets will be reviewed.
To access the 5 CalWORKs online forms in Etrieve, follow the directions below:
- Navigate to the CalWORKs Intake Form
- Click the icon on the bottom of the page then enter your portal user name and password.
- Complete and submit all five forms
Student Expectations
- Attend all scheduled appointments
- Be on time, appointments will be rescheduled if more than 5 minutes late
- 3 or more missed appointments will require a meeting with the CalWORKs Director before any more appointments can be scheduled
